I really only have two this year.
1. Staying sober from pornography the entire year
2. Working to repair the damage to the relationship with my wife
How are goals achieved?
By taking action daily which leads towards accomplishing the goal. You don't lose weight by starving yourself for 24 hours, you lose it by changing your daily actions to fit a healthy lifestyle.
So to accomplish my goals, it's a daily commitment to these two things. I have to live in recovery every day, and I have to be unselfish and loving with my wife every day.
One day at a time.

You are very, very, very much NOT ALONE.
You are battling powers of darkness both mortal and immortal. Porn is one of the most profitable businesses on the planet, taking evil advantage of the good, beautiful and necessary hard-wiring of our mortal systems that brought every one of us into the world.
Never give up. In Christ you can win this. In Christ you WILL win.
Be aware that your enemy is more tenacious than a tick on a dog. He will celebrate every little inch he can drag you his direction, every little bit of rationalization he can whisper to your soul -- and he will celebrate every bit of self-loathing he can wring out of you as well. Slips are going to happen. Success comes when you can space them farther and farther apart until they disappear.
When it comes down to it, remember how Moses won the battle against the adversary. He said, I am a son of God, not of man. And drove him away in the sacred name of Jesus Christ.
